Attach or reference documents such as records, filings, emails, contracts, invoices, screenshots, photos, videos, inspection reports, or court documents, or clearly explain how those records can be verified. General grievances, rumors, personal disputes, or speculative accusations without documentation will not be pursued. If follow-up is possible, indicate whether Cal DOGE may contact you and whether your information may be used publicly, and note if you need to remain anonymous.
